ComfortCash Program
At Dill Mechanical, we want every dollar you spend on repairs to benefit you in the long run. That’s why we created the Repair Cash Program, allowing you to apply your repair costs as a dollar-for-dollar discount on future system replacements.
How It Works:
- Every dollar spent on repairs for your heating or cooling system accrues as Repair Cash credits, which you can use toward replacing that same system.
- Separate Accounts for Heating and Cooling Systems
- Repair costs for your air conditioning system will accumulate as Repair Cash for future **cooling system replacements** only.
- Repair costs for your furnace or heating system components will accumulate as Repair Cash for future **heating system replacements** only.
- **Blower Motor Exception:** Repairs to the blower motor, a part of the heating system, will accrue as Repair Cash for your **heating system**.
-**Thermostats, fuses, breakers and other general maintenance items are not repair items, but maintenance items. Components such as control boards, motors, heat exchangers, housings and other non-consumables are considered repair items and are eligible for this program.**
Program Highlights:
- **$1,500 Maximum for Individual Systems:** You can bank up to $1,500 in Repair Cash for each system (heating and cooling).
- **Combined Accounts for Whole System Replacements:** If you replace your entire HVAC system, the Repair Cash accounts can be combined, raising the limit to **$3,000**.
- **Expiration of Credits:** Repair Cash dollars accrued from repairs will expire **five years** from the date they are accrued.
- **Maximize Your Investment:** Every repair brings you closer to significant savings on a new system, giving you peace of mind and long-term value.
